The ROI Story
Carla Street founded her company in 2001 naming it ROI Consulting, to signify her dedication to a “return on investment” for her clients.
Central to her success has been her ability to clarify goals, metrics and tracking mechanisms to demonstrate ROI.
Carla became immersed in the business of executive development when she began working with the Goizueta Business School – Emory University in 2001.
In 2003 Carla’s consulting approach naturally evolved into a synergistic coaching & consulting process. As Carla integrated professional coaching competencies into her projects she facilitated and expounded results for her clients.
This insight motivated Carla to hire an executive coach for herself, and, complete over 100 hours of coaching development from the Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance (SECA), a provider of accredited International Coach Federation (ICF) training programs. She became a credentialed ICF Executive Coach and a certified consultant in the Birkman International and Lominger VOICES® 360 assessment tools.
As part of the certifications processes Carla obtained her personal Birkman and VOICES® 360 reports. Her assessments identified the skills she had developed during her 25 years in business, from a wide range of experiences, in four national markets and five countries: U.S., Australia, Malta, London and Italy.
The assessment tools validated Carla’s natural interest, passion and success as a professional coach. She was now able to articulate the reasons why she enjoyed her consulting work and felt naturally drawn to executive coaching. Her interests, values and competencies were aligned.
