Executive:  Created for professionals interested in accelerating their professional development; improving work/life integration; and increasing quality of life.

Individual:  Developed specifically for individuals who are not in a traditional corporate or business environment (entertainers, entrepreneurs, artists, stay-at-home moms & dads…) who are motivated to clarify and align goals with values and life purpose; discover insights and achieve their desired reality.

Women In Transition (WIT): Specially designed for small groups of women between jobs, re-entering the workforce after a prolonged absence or women ready to discover or reconfirm their goals, values, life purpose and future potential.

Teams:  Developed for teams within organizations to identify specific aspects of their current and desired culture; leverage positive dynamics; clarify and facilitate goals; and maximize performance.

Groups:  Created for groups of individuals (four to eight) who do not work together in an organizational setting.  Individuals decided to come together for the experience of coaching with the added benefits of sharing insights, contacts, and social support.
