Added Value Coaching Options
Clients may choose to supplement or extend their primary coaching plan with one of these Added Value Coaching Options.
20/20 Coaching
This is sharply focused coaching that takes place within a short timeframe. A block of 20/20 Coaching sessions may be chosen as a sole coaching option or, most commonly, selected to augment or extend a coaching engagement.
20/20 Coaching strives to clarify a goal for the session and facilitate a client’s thinking to meet the goal within the agreed upon timeframe.
20/20 Coaching is available in the following blocks of time:
- 20 minute (12 sessions, typically 1 per week, total of 3 hours over three months)
- 30 minute (6 sessions, typically 2 per month, total of 3 hours over three months)
- 1 hour (6 sessions, typically 2 per month, total of 6 hours over three months)
ichat Coaching
Clients who prefer a “chat” format select this option or use this format to supplement or extend a coaching engagement. A block of time is selected and sessions are scheduled at the client’s convenience.
ichat Coaching is available in the following blocks of time:
- 20 minute (12 sessions, typically 1 per week, total of 3 hours over three months)
- 30 minute (6 sessions, typically 2 per month, total of 3 hours over three months)
- 1 hour (6 sessions, typically 2 per month, total of 6 hours over three months)
Skype or Tele-coaching
Other formats available to clients include Skype or tele-coaching (coaching over the phone) if in-person sessions are not feasible or cost-effective. These formats carry the same fees as in-person coaching. Tele-coaching is the most popular format.
