Professional Development Plan (PDP for Executives)
ROI co-creates Professional Development Plans (PDP) with its clients. Based on the results of the Lominger VOICES® 360 Assessment, a list of mission critical, relevant competencies are reviewed and prioritized. Two to three key competencies are selected for Professional Development Plans.
A coaching engagement is highly recommended to support executives as they design and commit to actions to improve the competencies identified in their PDPs. ROI Executive Coaching Plans include Professional Development Planning.

Personal Development Plan (PDP for Individuals)
Alternatively, individuals currently not working within an organization may choose to have a customized 360 to generate feedback on key skills and behaviors. A customized 360 assessment is co-created with the client. The client selects 4 – 6 individuals whose opinions are valued, to participate.
Upon receipt of the 360 results the client may elect to have two sessions 1) A coaching debrief 2) A Personal Development Planning session. With their PDP in hand, individuals then continue with their development on their own, independent of a coach.*
